Do you handle permits, and how long does my permit take to approval?

How long does pool construction take?
Most custom pool projects take between 3–5 months, depending on design complexity, permitting timelines, and construction trade phases.
Do you offer warranties?
Yes. We stand behind our workmanship and use manufacturer‑backed materials.
do you use subcontractors?
we provide 90% of our workmanship in-house which includes excavating, rebar, plumbing, electrical, shotcrete application, equipment installation and masonry work. the remaining 10% is our surface applicators and cover manufacturers/installers.
How soon can i use my new pool after filling?
as soon as the pool is full of water, it needs to be balanced (a startup procedure) of chemicals and curing of plaster for 7 days minimum. it is also recommended to wait a minimum of 28 days to turn on any heating source.
How long does a simple replaster take?
for a simple retile and resurfacing job, it usually takes two or three weeks, from demolition to final startup procidure.
