Construction Phases

Design | Rendering
After our first site assessment, and going over any details for your project. When proposal is approved; we'll create a design based on the details.

Permitting
Once design is approved by you (the homeowner) we'll turn files into a construction plan with engineering. Permit phase varies per city, and usually its about 8-12 weeks of turnaround.

Excavation, Rebar, Plumbing and Electrical
When permit is issued. We'll send out a team to markup the pool area and start excavating. Rebar, plumbing and electrical follows right away to keep momentum . This phase takes about 2-3 weeks, depending on scope of work.

Gunite or Shotcrete
When pre-gunite inspection has been approved by city. Our team will continue to shotcrete/gunite application, a one day application. Structure requires to be water continuously 3-4x a day for 14 days for proper curing time.

Hardscapes
Once structure has been properly water. Our team will continue with stone installation such as; coping, waterline tile, hardscape and any other related work that is ideal to complete before plaster application.

Pool Equipment
After hardscape completion. We continue with equipment installation. Which also includes lighting in the pool structure. Equipment is tested and programmed when pool is full of water.

Plaster Application
Plaster application could be a one day or two day application (pebble surface). This is when the final touch to the structure.

Go Swimming!
Once the pool is full of water. Our service team will continue with balancing the pool water chemistry. This is crucial to a well pool water balanced. No cleaner or salt could be added during this stage until 28 days minimum.
